In March 2008, we won the Sure Mobile account, a Channel Island telecoms brand from Cable & Wireless.
After setting up on the island, Sure had spent twelve months establishing the brand and recruiting customers. In their second year, Sure needed an agency that could help them retain customers, recruit new ones and continue creating excitement around the brand. As such, we were chosen to manage brand advertising, customer retention and new acquisition programmes across their entire product range in all the territories in which they operate.
Since acquiring Sure, we’ve developed a new brand identity and used a multi-channel approach for brand activation, new product launches and direct response programmes.
