Breaking with the staid sector norm, we adopted an innovative approach for this Bristol law firm. Each execution had a registered URL, hosting separate splash pages. These led seamlessly to the firm's main careers section - allowing responses to be measured and maintaining a steady flow of highly motivated quality applicants.
The Society had previously promoted their trainee programme in local press and Connexions. With similar budgets we created a new high impact campaign, repositioning it as a real alternative to University. Microsite, banners, SMS and in-branch POS generated unprecedented response from higher calibre applicants, leading to a very successful uptake.
Negative pre-conceptions and unfavourable media coverage of nursing had led to a fall in applications to the university's relevant courses. To counter this we set up a series of open-day events to show people the reality of the profession. Heralded by a multi-media awareness campaign, they were a great success, helping change opinions and attract applications.
How do you attract specialist engineers into lower paid roles as Inspectors? Specialists who investigate incidents and ensure they aren't repeated. We chose to create standout and intrigue with a campaign website, online Vodcasts and ads in specialist press. The results? Over 3,000 unique web hits and 100+ applications. In short, their best campaign ever.
