McCann Bristol is the BigSmall agency, with the might of a global network but a small, integrated team of 70 talented people. We're looking for a hungry mid-weight copywriter, bursting with ideas and with experience in all media, to work with a brilliant art director in a small but growing, international-award-winning agency.

You will help grow the agency, producing brave creative work in all disciplines that helps our clients’ businesses thrive and wins major creative awards.

As our new Copywriter you’ll…

  • Thrive producing creative and effective original copy for clients in an array of industry sectors.
  • Develop creative work that brings client strategy to life across all channels.
  • Incessantly deliver original/inventive concepts and new vocabularies for your clients.
  • Have an ability to articulately explain and constructively defend an idea to clients.
  • Ensure the tone of your copy captures an appropriate voice, taking into account the clients’ brief and guidelines.

It almost goes without saying, you have an insatiable desire to craft copy that can persuade, captivate and entertain. Words to wonder and ponder. Sentences which subvert and make the reader smile and want to share.
