Epson is known for many things: printers, projectors and scanners among other technologies. In recent years projector capability has developed at pace, with short-throw and super-bright models available. However, if you ask a general consumer about using a projector, they would probably imagine a bulky white box that needs to sit in the middle of a darkened room, pointing at a large white screen.
Our job was to show that Epson’s new range of projectors – the EF-100 – was very different to those that went before. They are design-led products with a premium look and feel. We did so through a pan-European influencer campaign that showed how the new EF-100 could be used by interiors lovers, families, extreme sports fans, photographers and gamers. The campaign theme was #lifeilluminated, challenging influencers in five European countries to tell stories with the projector.
