We’ve been lucky enough to work with Goodyear for more than 15 years, developing and evolving its consumer proposition online. Our initial challenge was to tap into the growing shift from bricks to clicks, via the online market for vehicle aftercare, with their HiQ Tyres & Autocare network. And later to introduce a local to you proposition and continue to drive the business’ market leading position in customer experience.
We developed a consumer website that delivered an easy-to-use ecommerce platform for visitors to search, order, book and buy replacement tyres online, integrating with the physical network of HiQ centres. The consumer website is supported by a promotional platform – HiQ’s Hub extranet for dealers and companion App, for everything auto.
HiQonline.co.uk is a Fresh Awards winner in the category of Best Website and attributes its success to the full implementation of a hyper-local marketing model, and a refined UX that supports their proposition and simplifies a complex purchase journey.
