As part of Motability’s digital transformation project McCann was tasked to design and develop a website to support Motability's dealer partners. The sites objective was to provide dealers with access to all the materials, guidance and training they needed to build new customer relationships.
Dealer and customer insight was the foundation for developing a supportive UX – providing a refined site architecture, seamless dealer sign up process, content strategy and ecommerce integration - making it a destination that incentivised and supported dealers in assisting difficult to reach and cognitively impaired audiences.
Since its launch, the site has received a 100% uptake from its 5000+ dealers and seen an increase in documents downloaded, dealers meeting key service levels and an increase in dwell time across visits to the website, relieving pressure on Motability’s call centre.
